Leaders and Crumbs (and My 90th Post!!!)

Sometimes it’s better to let people follow the bread crumbs (ooooh or cookie crumbs? Buttery pastry crumbs?? Would the type of crumb be more, or less, enticing…? I know it would for me….Hmmmm… this has become a whole other layer worth considering within this thought..)

As I was saying (before I squirreled out on myself), sometimes it’s better to let people follow the bread crumbs we leave rather than spoon feeding the crumbs to them.

When people follow their own intrigue and curiosity it becomes a self-led, unpressured journey of discovery—one that can inspire growth and build true camaraderie and confidence.
